Louis Metro East area. Troy is approximately 25 minutes from
downtown St. Louis and approximately 20 minutes from Scott Air
Force Base, Illinois. We build custom homes, and we also build

wrought iron balusters for the stairwell as opposed to a half
wall; Cathedral ceilings in the great room, kitchen, and
dining room as opposed to a flat ceiling; Wood trimmed
bi-fold/bi-pass doors and wood trimmed windows with decorative
rosettes as opposed to plain drywall finished. All of these
upgrades come standard in our homes along with many more items
that make up the characteristic style, quality, and pride we
