Penn Builders LLC is a builder of new homes located in Troy, Illinois, a part of the St. Louis Metro East area. Troy is approximately 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis and approximately 20 minutes from Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. We build custom homes and we also build homes based on many of our own unique floor plans.

Many of the products that we include in our homes as standard items are considered upgrades with other home builders: Ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room, and baths as opposed to vinyl flooring; Hardwood in the great room and hallway as opposed to carpet; Oak railing with wrought iron balusters for the stairwell as opposed to a half wall; Cathedral ceilings in the great room, kitchen, and dining room as opposed to a flat ceiling; Wood trimmed bi-fold/bi-pass doors and wood trimmed windows with decorative rosettes as opposed to plain drywall finished. All of these upgrades come standard in our homes along with many more items that make up the characteristic style, quality, and pride we put into our homes.
